You say you don't "think" you qualify, but have you looked into it? Does it say for sure you wouldn't? You don't know until you try and if you can give a kid a good home then I don't see the problem, plus you've got plenty of people to help out if you need it.

As for Isabel... hm...
...I guess ask yourself one thing. If you had the chance to rekindle your relationship with her, would you? I've never really talked to her about what happened between the two of you, but I could give it a try if you'd like.
But even if the relationship can't be fixed, I think it would be better if you both at least parted on better terms. You just need to talk to one another.

I did look into it. Most of the people in the agencies said they couldn't trust me because of lack of marriage and my job. And... I don't really care about reuniting but I feel terrible that I was just. Thrown away... Again.

Isabel has a very defensive and sometimes volatile way of dealing with things. I'm not defending any actions she does, but quite often she does regret things she did and said in the past. I'll keep the offer open for me to talk to her for you anyway, even if it's just to part ways in a better manner.

Have you tried... I dunno... dating websites or something? I don't know a whole lot on those or how they work really, but maybe it's....something?

Errr... I'm not too sure how it works but, I think it's some online thing where you just write about yourself and then people contact you for dates and stuff?
I dunno, I've just heard of them before. Like, on TV and stuff.

It may of not been for the same reasons but I know how it can feel. Feeling kinda lost and like the world's out to get you. Like things may never get any better and that no one really understands what you're going through...
...but, just give it time. As long as you're alive, things have the chance to change.

I kept trying. I kept picking myself up and pushing forward even when things felt at their worst.
And as much as I tried pushing my friends away sometimes, thinking it was for the best for them, they continued to help me... so I let them. I let them be my support when I needed it and I learnt to trust their own judgements and their own abilities.

I guess the whole experience of dying once also helped me to realize that holding onto past events wasn't really the best thing to do and that it's much better to just accept things happened, let them go and just look ahead rather than behind. Even the most negative of things can lead to something good eventually and despite what I've been through, it made me who I am today.

...I really don't recommend dying and getting resurrected by a giant evil spider god though.

Honestly, at this point, dying and being resurrected by an evil god might be an upturn in my life. Though, I just don't feel I have really. Friends, I suppose. Not like I ever went out of my way to make them, though...

It's never too late to make some friends though, just talk to people you meet, talk to people at Sakana more, stuff like that!

Not caught anything yet! But it doesn't matter if I do or don't. I find fishing relaxing.

Yup! It's calming to me for some reason. I guess cos it lets you just sit and think, reflect and get some good fresh air too!
